What to Know Before Booking
Yes. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, the same payment processor used by major companies worldwide. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately and a rental agreement to sign before your stay. We've hosted over 330 guests since we started hosting — this is the same cabin, the same hosts, just without the platform in the middle.
You'll have our direct phone number and email from the moment you book. If anything comes up — a question about the hot tub, a recommendation for dinner, an issue with the cabin — you're texting us directly instead of routing through an app. We respond between 7 AM and 11 PM, usually within an hour.
