Rental Terms & Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment
For stays at least 44 days away, you can pay half the total when you book and the rest 30 days before arrival. We charge the remaining balance to the card you booked with and email you a week beforehand; if you paid with Klarna, we email a secure link to pay the balance instead. Stays less than 44 days away are paid in full at booking.
Your dates are reserved for you as soon as your first payment goes through.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, as long as check-in is at least 7 days away
- After that, cancel 14 or more days before check-in for a full refund
- Cancel 7–13 days before check-in for a 50% refund
- Cancellations within 7 days of check-in aren’t refundable
Refunds apply to what you’ve paid when you cancel. If you cancel before the balance date, the balance is never charged. If the balance isn’t paid by its due date, we may cancel the reservation, and the cancellation policy applies to what’s been paid.

Property Guidelines
- Maximum occupancy: 10 guests
- No pets allowed
- No parties or large gatherings without prior approval
- No smoking or vaping inside the cabin or on the patio and covered porches; no illegal drug use anywhere on the property
- Excessive stains or damage (including linens) may result in additional cleaning or replacement charges
- Children must be supervised at all times near the pond and hot tub
Property Use
The property is intended for relaxation and recreation. Hunting is not permitted. Please respect the land, wildlife, and surrounding environment during your stay.
Liability
Guests assume responsibility for their stay and use of the property. Please use all amenities, including water features, trails, and equipment, responsibly.
